1. Holiday Park Manager – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Holiday Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of Dalraddy Holiday Park. The ideal candidate will manage onsite facilities, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain excellent customer relations, and lead the staff to achieve the park’s profitability and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Dalraddy Holiday Park and its staff.
  • Manage onsite facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully functional.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed onsite.
  • Foster positive customer relations, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Handle personnel management, including the reception staff and maintenance team, as well as contractors.
  • Drive the profitability of the enterprise through effective business strategies and financial oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous management experience.

2. Receptionist – Full Time. Part-time and seasonal may be available.

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Reception Staff to join our team at Dalraddy Holiday Park. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Additionally, the candidate will possess some retail skills to assist in our onsite shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations both in person and over the phone.
  • Provide guests with information about the park’s facilities, local attractions, and activities.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including processing payments and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onsite shop, handling sales, restocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

3. Maintenance Staff – Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Maintenance Staff to join our team at Dalraddy Holiday Park. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the park’s facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional for all guests. This role requires a proactive approach to general repairs, groundskeeping, and responding to maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of park facilities, including buildings, recreational areas, and common spaces.
  • Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and other infrastructure as needed.
  • Maintain and care for the park’s landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting seasonal flora.
  • Ensure pathways, driveways, and outdoor areas are clean and free from debris.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Experience in moving and handling caravan holiday homes – optional

4. Housekeeping Staff – Full Time, Part-time and Seasonal

The ideal candidates will take pride in their work and have an eye for detail, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all accommodations and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise guest accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Change and launder linens, towels, and other bedding.
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and other guest essentials.
  • Clean and maintain communal areas, including restrooms, lounges, and recreational facilities.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
