Alvie & Dalraddy Estates are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to manage Dalraddy Holiday Park.
Responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operation of Dalraddy Holiday Park and its staff, day to day maintenance, management of onsite facilities, health and safety onsite, customer relations, personnel management, sales of chalets and caravan holiday homes, and profitability of the enterprise.
Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent administrative skills and the ability to successfully manage a team. We are looking for a highly motivated person with relevant experience, a hands on approach willing to take responsibility. Weekend work will be required.
Driving licence is essential.

Alvie Estate Office is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Accounts team.
This position includes input of all purchase invoices, ensuring correct coding, checking & reconciling supplier statements, general accounts administration, reconcile and input daily sales, journal entries, input of timesheets.
Strong IT skills, knowledge of Quickbooks Online and AAT qualifications preferable. Experience of working within a similar role and attention to detail essential.
