Stunning views and a secluded garden

Park Cottage was originally a two-up two-down stalker’s cottage.  Changes over the years have made it larger while keeping much of its original character including an open fire.

The cottage is surrounded by fields and has a secure, sheltered garden with direct access to the Monadhliath hills and spectacular views of the Cairngorms.

Park Cottage is well equipped, comfortable and warm.  We’ll provide bed linen and also tea towels for the kitchen. All we ask is that you bring your own towels (or if you’re travelling light you can hire some from us for only £5 per person).

Sleeps:
6 in 3 bedrooms ( 2 King bedrooms and twin bedroom with 2 single beds)

Bathing:
Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail. Separate shower room downstairs with heated towel rail.

Dining:
Fully-equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate dining room.

Relaxing:
Sitting room with two sofas and one arm chair, open fire, television, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker.

Outside:
Enclosed, secluded garden with picnic bench. Stunning views across the Cairngorms mountain range. Fresh mountain air.

Dogs:
You’re welcome to bring one or two well-behaved dogs. Fees are £25 per dog, however long you stay.

Good to know:
Park Cottage has a wood pellet heating system. And for those chillier evenings there is also an open fire in the sitting room. We provide a supply of kindling, logs and matches so, if you want to, you can enjoy a roaring fire as soon as you arrive. Park Cottage also has a utility room with tumble dryer and drying rack.

First time in this cottage! Lots of room and everything you need. Been coming to the estate for many years and thoroughly enjoy it . Granddaughter s love the horse riding etc. beautiful views peaceful retreat.  Thank you once again.  October 2023

We returned to this large and comfortable cottage in a great location for a three generation family holiday. Warm, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Ready access to local lochs and mountains as well as Aviemore when food and drink cupboards needing restocking. Friendly and helpful staff. Weather was disappointing this year but we were out most days and have booked for next year. July 2023
